Nearly 90% Complete

A new terminal complex is now under construction at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). The $1 billion, 35-gate terminal will provide an improved passenger experience showing off the spirit of New Orleans throughout the facility through the presence of live music and local restaurants that characterize New Orleans’ distinct culture. When the new facility opens in May 2019, all operations will move to the new location on the other side of the airport runways.
